Situated in the quiet area of Bonfim, this lovely 94m² three-bedroom apartment is perfect for friends or families wanting to stay in a peaceful neighborhood just a short metro ride away from the banks of the Douro river. The apartment itself comprises of: ✔ Two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with double beds and AC. Both rooms have big windows that allow the entrance of lots of natural light - one of them counts with a spacious balcony! Comfortable mattresses and fresh linen are provided; the perfect combination for a well-rested sleep! ✔ A bathroom featuring a shower and all essentials such as towels and toilet paper. ✔ A cozy, well-decorated living room with a balcony, AC, TV, a sofa and a dining table which can accommodate up to four people. ✔ A fully stocked kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require during your stay such as; a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and more! ✔ On the upper floor, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom! We can assure you that you will have an absolutely lovely stay here!

All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9.
