Situated roughly halfway between Portimão and Lagos is the pretty harbour village of Alvor. Given its position on the Algarve the village is remarkably unspoiled with the old village retaining much of its charm. Situated just 5 minutes away from the iconic Praia dos 3 Irmãos there's our gorgeous 4 bedroom house Sal e Tal. It comes with free public parking, free access to the incredible pool "Piscina Atlântica"* and a great private patio for lovely times among family and friends. There's also a paddle and tennis courts in the neighborhood which guests can book for a fee in the club's reception. *Pool is open from 31/03 until 31/10 **Our property is protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.**

The space
This magnificent house is divided as follows: MAIN HOUSE - One en-suite with two single beds, a crib and a ceiling fan. Extra single bed can be added upon request. - A second bedroom with two single beds. All beds come with clean linen! - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for your homecooked meals (stove, oven, full fridge with freezer). There's also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience! - Living area with two cozy sofas and a flat screen TV. - One full bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror. Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience! - A spacious and sunny patio where you can enjoy a meal in Algarve's beautiful weather. ANNEX (currently not pictured) - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds each - One full bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink and a mirror. Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience!

Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.*
