Half an hour north of Porto, Póvoa de Varzim is a coastal resort known for its excellent beach, which is a most popular attraction in the summer season. It is now a busy resort offering visitors a full range of hotels, a golf course, a casino and excellent facilities for all kinds of sports. Our lovely apartment is located 50m away from the beach. The flat has two cozy double beds, bunkbeds, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa and a dining area.

The space
This stunning apartment is distributed as follows; BEDROOMS 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunkbeds - high-quality mattress and comfortable linen included for a restful sleep. BATHROOM Two full bathrooms with shower. Towels and TP are provided for your convenience! LIVING ROOM Bright and open living space with a sitting area with a sofa and TV and a dining table for 6 - the ideal spot to enjoy a delicious homecooked breakfast before heading off to explore our UNESCO World Heritage City. PATIO This apartment's main attraction is definitely the spacious patio with a gorgeous view of the ocean. KITCHEN The kitchen comes with all the appliances you may require during your stay such as; a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and more. There's also a dishwasher and washing machine, super useful for longer stays! ~ We look forward to hosting you!

Be kind to your neighbours and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.*
