This amazing building is a fully refurbished XIX century house that used to belong to a commander from the 1800s, and it's also interesting to note that the house opposite The Fig Tree House is where JK Rowling lived during her time in Porto! The Fig Tree House is a 3 story modern home with a touch of history; It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with only a shower) and two WCs, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and patio where you can bask in the sun and enjoy a glass of wine. It is suitable for 8 people (it has 3 double beds and 2 single beds) thus making it perfect for families or large groups traveling to our beautiful city together (which is just a short metro ride or a walk away). It's worth noting that the windows have been replaced with double-glazed windows to improve both noise and temperature protection. Book our home and get an authentic feel of the historical side of Porto! We look forward to hosting you!
