The Space

Located just a quick drive or bus ride away from Lisbon, Santa Cruz is known for being a popular but less cosmopolitan town with a stunning beach in the north of Ericeira. The beach itself is a huge stretch of beautiful sand backing on to the village of Santa Cruz at the southern end. Due to its rough waters, it's an absolute dream come true for surfers, and what better way to relax after a day spent in the water then your very own beachfront property! The apartment was recently renovated and comes with brand new appliances, linen, and kitchen utensils! It does not come with AC (as the ocean breeze makes the rooms feel quite comfortable throughout the day), but it does come with central heating making it perfect for a winter getaway! What's more; a billiard & ping pong table is available in the underground parking, thus you have indoor activities to choose from as well! KEY FEATURES: BEDROOMS - 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic view of the ocean! - A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed - 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds; both of them offer access to the huge balcony outside! - An additional interior bedroom with a single bed. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.*
