Welcome to Casa Solarenga, an idyllic countryside residence located just outside the picturesque city of Loulé - a charming city known for it's buzzing food market and historic old town. Casa Solarenga features 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms combined with a spacious living area and kitchen. The Villa features multiple terraces and outdoor spaces overlooking the luscious hills of the Algarve, the landscaped private garden and the ocean in the far distance. The Villa features a private pool. Please note there's a gardener going to the house every other day between 18h-19h to water the plants during the summer months. He also goes in to clean the pool on Wednesdays between 17-18h and on Saturdays between 10h-11h.

The space

Ground floor: Entrance to the kitchen with patio doors to terrace with sitting / dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, separate beverage cooler, Nespresso coffee machine (compatible with official Nespresso capsules or when buying other brand, make sure they're compatible with Nespresso), Nespresso milk frother and a food processor. From the kitchen a passage to the spacious, atmospheric living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a dining area with a round wooden table. From the living room three doors to the covered patio terrace that overlooks the pool. Air conditioning present. Please note that the TV in the living room doesn't have cable. Spacious bedroom (17 m2) with en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet). Double bed (consisting of 2 single beds of 90 x 200). Air conditioning present. Smaller bedroom (8m2) with two single beds of 90 x 200. Private bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor with walk-in shower and toilet. Fan present. First floor: Very spacious bedroom (24 m2) with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath separately and separate toilet). Double doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the valley. Air conditioning present. Outdoor area: Large swimming pool (9 x 4.5 meters) with wide steps into the water to the shallow end that passes to a deeper section (2.20 meters). Ample parking within the (lockable) gate. Patio terrace under bougainvillea with dining table for 6 people. Covered terrace at the front of the house overlooking the pool and the valley. There are seating areas on the side of the house where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning. Remaining: Washing machine with drying rack, fast wifi, cable TV, Bose SoundTouch wireless speaker, iron with ironing board, sun beds by the pool and an outside barbecue. Extra information for families with children: - There is a baby bed with mattress and duvet. - In the living room is a large old chest with games and children's books. - The entire area is fenced with a fence. - The swimming pool has a wide walk-in staircase so that children can easily enter the swimming pool. - There is no fence around the pool, so always be careful with children. - Downstairs in the garden is a separate sitting area with barbecue where older children can separate themselves from the parents

Be kind to your neighbours and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.*
