Toca dos Coelhos features two separate houses; the main house with 4 bedrooms and a bungalow with a kitchenette, bathroom and a sofa bed for 2. These two houses share the same big garden overlooking the luscious Tâmega river. This gorgeous 4 bedroom house is located in a quiet town near Penafiel and is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling together. With AC in all 4 bedrooms, you are able to control the temperature all year round. In the garden, there are sun lounges and barbecue facilities. There's also free private parking which is always a big plus. **Our property is protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.**

The space
MAIN HOUSE - 4 bedrooms; 3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is located in the loft and it has a full bathroom attached. Comfortable linen included. All bedrooms have heaters. - 2 full bathrooms with shower. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! - A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. - A spacious living room with two cozy sofas, a TV and AC unit. - A dining area with a great view over the river. - A back porch with a seating area and table football. - A room with a pool table. BUNGALOW Consists in a gorgeous dining area with a kitchenette, a sofa-bed for 2,a full bathroom with shower a nice, wide balcony over the garden with stunning views. GARDEN In the garden you can find puffs and sun lounges. a barbeque spot and a picnic table in the shade.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9.
