PT: O concelho de Mogadouro está situado no Nordeste Transmontano, no Planalto Mirandês entre os Rios Douro e Sabor. Na margem esquerda do Rio Sabor, a cerca 15km da Vila de Mogadouro, encontramos Meirinhos e nele, a nossa quinta. A quinta conta com 4 quartos - 2 deles suites - todos com ar condicionado (quente e frio), uma cozinha totalmente equipada, 4 casas de banho completas (uma não fotografada) uma sala de estar e jantar rusticamente decorada, um fantástico espaço exterior com piscina privada e várias áreas de lazer e ainda um anexo com um forno a lenha. ENG: The municipality of Mogadouro is located in Nordeste Transmontano, on the Planalto Mirandês, between the Douro and Sabor rivers. On the left bank of the River Sabor, about 15km from Vila de Mogadouro, we find Meirinhos and on it, our farm. The farm has 4 bedrooms - 2 of them en-suites - all equipped with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 full bathrooms (one not pictured), a rustically decorated living and dining room, a fantastic outdoor space with a private swimming pool and several leisure areas and an annex with a lovely wood oven.

PT: Esta casa de campo é constituída pelo seguinte: - 4 quartos: 3 quartos com uma cama de casal (2 suites) e 1 quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado (quente e frio) e roupa de cama incluída. - Uma sala de estar com ar condicionado, sofá, televisão e área de refeições. - Uma cozinha equipada com fogão, forno, microondas e variados utensílios de cozinha. Conta também com uma máquina de lavar loiça. - 4 casas de banho completas (uma não fotografada). Papel higiénico e toalhas de banho são fornecidos. - Agradável área exterior com piscina privada e mobiliário de exterior para momentos bem passados. *Por favor note que a piscina apenas estará ENCERRADA a partir de Outubro, obrigado pela compreensão!* ENG: The house is comprised of the following: - 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (2 en-suites) and another with two single beds. AC units in all bedrooms and linens included. - A living room with a sofa, TV and a dining area. - 4 full bathrooms (one not pictured). Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience! - A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like an oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. There's also a dishwasher. - Great outdoor area with a private pool and furniture where you can lay back and relax. *Please note that the pool will be CLOSED from October forward, thank you!*

Be kind to your neighbours and please avoid making noise after 10pm as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 10pm until 8am as per the law in Portugal) 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the house or during rainfall. Please also keep the house doors locked when away from the house. *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.*
