The property is 6 minutes to the beach (by car) and has a privileged location that will allow you to enjoy your stay in the area, Sesimbra is a very peaceful and rustic village, with a very familiar and pleasant atmosphere. It has excellent restaurants and is located in an area full of natural beauty, such as Meco and Arrábida and water sports, such as paddle, kite-surfing, mountain biking, scuba-diving, boat trips, visiting dolphins.

The space
Spacious and bright, this well-decorated house comes FULLY EQUIPPED and with all amenities. The house itself comprises of : - Free wi-fi, - A living room with cable TV; - 4 different balconies; - Three lovely bedrooms, two with a queen-sized bed, and the other one with a sofa-bed, all of them with comfortable and fresh linen, can accommodate 5 people in total; - Three bathrooms, one of them only with toilet and sink. - A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like an oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. - A roof terrace with a view of the castle, where you can catch up on some reading and enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the evening; - An exterior parking spot (private) and public parking (free);

Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas.*
