The local accommodation Selection AL and Selection Fitness Boutique (small public gym) arise as a new concept of leisure associated to sports. The goal of this development is to promote relaxation and tranquility along with health as a way of life. This development is located in a quiet area of Vila Nova de Gaia, 11km from Porto. Selection AL accommodates up to 14 people in its 7 rooms - 5 suites - all with AC and exquisite furniture. The biggest attractions of the house are the indoor pool with heated and saltwater sauna (not shown in the photos), children's playground, tennis/football court, games room with bar and gym** (not included in the reservation fee). You can enjoy the surrounding where you can find some nice sheep, several birds and a big orchard with fruit trees. **Our property is protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.**

The space
The house is composed of: - 7 bedrooms, 5 of them suites, all equipped with AC. Bed linen and towels included! - 2 service WCs. - Indoor pool and sauna.(check the pool timetable) - Gym with locker room not included in the house rental. - A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for the home-cooked meals. - 2 dining rooms with seating for several people at the table. - 2 living rooms; one with flat screen TV, the other with a piano. - A games room with a pool table and bar. - An outdoor area with a children's playground, a lounge and tennis/football court. (We provide rackets and tennis/football/basketball balls!) - We have a crib and two high chairs available; children are very welcome! - Additional housekeeping and laundry services are available for an extra fee. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi access and private parking on site. This property does not allow for stag and hen parties or similar celebrations. parties.

Be kind to your neighbours and please avoid making noise after 10pm. (Noise is prohibited from 10pm until 8am as per the law in Portugal) 5. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 200€ fine. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the house or during rainfall. Please also keep the house doors locked when away from the house. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9.
