Business Developer

We're currently looking for a Business Developer to join our talented and passionate Sales team and to be an active agent of our success and growth.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER

As a Business Developer of LovelyStay you will convert our inbound leads into clients. You will take care of the growth of our apartments portfolio. The Business Developer will report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with Marketing.

  • Converting our inbound leads into clients
  • Ensuring all the client's enquiries, comments and concerns are answered by understanding the ins and outs of our service
  • Establishing timely renewals of current contracts
  • Manage the relationship with potential new clients
  • Manage the legal permits of new clients

Requirements

  • You are passionate about the Airbnb experience
  • Proven working experience (2 years+) in a Sales function, preferably B2C
  • Good knowledge about all the touristic neighbourhoods in Lisbon
  • You speak fluently Portuguese
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and positive personality
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive and/or Salesforce)
  • Legal knowledge about contracts
  • Currently you are a resident in Portugal

As a Sales Associate of LovelyStay you will be responsible for bringing new leads to the company and convert it to clients. You will take care of the growth of our apartment’s portfolio in Porto. You will report directly to our Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Support sales in the process of closing and registering a customer, ensuring that all necessary documents are gathered, and advising the client in any relevant administrative matter;
  • Oversee the publishing of the properties on several digital platforms, and configure parts of the LovelyStay software accordingly;
  • Coordinate interventions with suppliers, such as professional photographers, public services, or others;
  • Privileged channel of communication with the client, ensuring the correct information is given to the interested parties, such as improvements in the property, revenue expectations, guest comments or reviews, or others;
  • Analyze and prepare monthly performance reports;
  • Update all information on internal systems accurately and on time;
  • Answering phone calls, replying to messages and emails, addressing routine issues;
  • Actively participate in the company's overall strategy, and more specifically in sales and client support.

You will also carry out the functions that are related or are functionally linked to the job role, provided that you have training and skills for it and it’s not considered a professional devaluation.
