We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious person, willing to work in a multicultural environment full of challenges!

What is your mission?

  • Singularly manage various properties & clients;
  • Communicate daily with clients, partners, and suppliers by e-mail, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Host meetings with clients
  • Create and analyze revenue reports to evaluate the performance of the properties under your management
  • Regularly visit properties inspecting for damage/inefficiencies & coordinate necessary maintenance
  • Cross and upsell services or equipment
  • Gather quotes from external suppliers
  • Control expenses and coordinate a monthly P&L with your team members

What do we need from you?

  • Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed
  • Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position
  • Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to have the ability to develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers
  • You’re able to prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions
  • Be client-oriented and have inter-disciplinary and inter-department capabilities
  • Flexibility; each day can vary, this role requires agility to work either in the office or travel to a property as needs arise
  • Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills (ability to analyze situations, anticipate, identify, and define problems)
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic & a “go-getter” who is passionate about the role
  • Have a desire to represent the company with integrity
  • Have a car and being able to drive is highly desirable
