What is your mission?

  • Welcome our guests and assure their wellbeing through their stay
  • Manage our online reservations
  • Manage payments & cashier
  • Answer customer inquiries by email, messaging and/or telephone
  • Maintain and improve overall customer service
  • Engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty
  • Report important data

What do we need from you?

  • Tourism or Hotel Management academic background is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality industry is desirable
  • Written and spoken fluency both in Portuguese and English Other languages are a plus (especially French)
  • Strong communication skills (mainly written)
  • Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges
  • Schedule flexibility - availability to work on shifts
  • Organization and stress management
