Onboarding Assistant


We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious person, willing to work in a multicultural environment full of challenges!

What is your mission?

  • Visit and assess properties, take inventories and suggest improvements
  • Prepare all the logistics to have the property ready to welcome guests and exceed their expectations. This involves:
  • Create & work with inventories
  • Coordinate suppliers (cleaning, photographers & maintenance)
  • Install AL kits
  • Order and receive deliveries
  • Apply for licenses and set up utility contracts
  • Upload all the details of completed properties on to our main portal as well as other booking platforms e.g. Airbnb & booking.com
  • Write creative captions, descriptions & summaries for the properties
  • Be the point of contact for the property owner during the onboarding process, managing owner expectations
  • Be flexible to work both in the office & to travel to properties when needs arise
  • Efficiently keep each part of the project moving along to meet deadlines
  • Actively participate strategically in the department and company

What do we need from you?

  • Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed.
  • Mandatory: English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken)
  • Strong organisation skills to keep all process’s within the project moving
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to be flexible and agile
  • You’re able to prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Self-motivated: no problem being self-accountable and reliable to work alone, like to work towards targets.
  • Proactively be able to strategically think & solve problems
  • Strong initiative & can work autonomously but also enjoy working in a team
  • Generate cross and up sales
  • Excellent communication & interspersonal skills to manage relationships with the client
