We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious person, willing to work in a multicultural environment full of challenges!

What is your mission?

  • Oversee and control a segment of portfolio properties
  • Welcome our guests and assure their wellbeing through their stay
  • Follow the company standards and engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty
  • Meet and maintain LovelyStay cleaning quality standards, performing apartment inspections and property inventory
  • Conduct daily property inspections prior to guests’ arrivals
  • Ability to perform quick home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc)
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cleaning team, suppliers, fellow regional team members and upper management team
  • Be the point person for emergencies communicating directly in loco with guests and reporting to back-office

What do we need from you?

  • Preferably a degree in hospitality or management
  • Previous experience in hospitality field is desirable
  • Languages: Portuguese (native or proficient) and English skills (native or proficient). Other languages are a plus.
  • You should be organized & autonomous - an ability to work on your own while prioritising tasks
  • You should be adaptable and flexible
  • You should be client-oriented and focus on providing excellence on service
