What is your mission:

  • Establish communication with guests (e-mail, phone, messages);
  • Help in management our online reservations
  • Help in payments & cashier managements
  • Maintain and improve overall customer service
  • Engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty
  • Report important data.

What do we need:

  • Tourism or Hotel Management academic background is a plus
  • Fluency in English (other languages is a plus);
  • Strong communication skills (mainly written)
  • Multitasking and Autonomous;
  • Proactive and Client orientated;
  • Organized and Detailed;
  • Flexible;

LovelyStay will be associated with a 150M Euro Venture Capital Fund aiming to develop more than 2,500 serviced apartments across Europe within the next 5 years. To accomplish this, we need to continue to focus on innovating and develop a sophisticated IT platform.
