We created our own unique platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most cost & time effective and pleasant experience to both our partners and guests.

We're currently looking for a Business Developer to join our talented and passionate Sales team and to be an active agent of our success and growth.


As a Business Developer of LovelyStay you will convert our inbound leads into clients. You will take care of the growth of our apartments portfolio. The Business Developer will report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with Marketing.

  • Converting our inbound leads into clients
  • Ensuring all the client's enquiries, comments and concerns are answered by understanding the ins and outs of our service
  • Establishing timely renewals of current contracts
  • Manage the relationship with potential new clients
  • Manage the legal permits of new clients


  • You are passionate about the Airbnb experience
  • Proven working experience (2 years+) in a Sales function, preferably B2C
  • Good knowledge about all the touristic neighbourhoods in Lisbon
  • You speak fluently Portuguese
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and positive personality
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive and/or Salesforce)
  • Legal knowledge about contracts
  • Currently you are a resident in Portugal
