We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious person, willing to work in a multicultural environment full of challenges!

What is your mission?

  • daily missions can vary depending on the needs of each given day, typicals tasks include;
  • Providing telephone support and direct phone calls
  • Answering guest queries via phone, chat or email
  • Visiting properties to inspect them to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Assisting with the check-in of guests either at our properties in our offices
  • Coordinating with various suppliers such as maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, etc.
  • Organize and arrange specific services during events - catering, coffee breaks, etc.
  • Support in organizing and traveling
  • Invoicing support
  • Ensuring guest payments are up to date
  • Providing general administrative support

What do we need?

  • To be eligble for IEFP
  • A qualification in hospitality or tourism is desirable
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Good command of MS-Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Internal customer focus and management of relations with different departments: focus on solutions and employee/external visitors' well-being
  • Rigor, detail and quality orientation
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Autonomous and problem-solving person
