We are looking for motivated IT Support Technician, who thrive on quickly and effectively solving issues and keep a well controlled environment.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide end-user software & hardware support
  • Printer configuration and maintenance.
  • Responsible for maintenance of ticketing and working tools
  • Provide smart-hands support for networks
  • Perform IT asset (de)provisioning and maintain accurate asset inventory
  • Support end users traveling or remotely accessing services including shipping replacement devices or leveraging 3rd party hardware repair
  • Troubleshoot issues involving business applications
  • Support may be provided remotely via remote administration tools

Candidate Requirements

To join us at LovelyStay you need to cover most of the following requirements:

  • Have up to 3 years experience in IT support/helpdesk positions
  • Have good social and communication skills
  • Be client-oriented
  • Enjoy tinkering with computers and programs
  • You’re not afraid of going to the bottom of the issue
  • You’re able to prioritize tasks and multi-tasking
  • Experience working with Linux and Windows
  • Certifications Dell Certified Technician, HP Certified Repair, Microsoft, Apple or related professional IT are a plus
  • The work is 90% 9 to 5 but it may be necessary to adapt to schedules to clear some specific issues
