Reporting to the Operations Manager, the candidate objectives are:

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome our guests and assure their well being through their stay;
  • Helping in solving all problems related to the guest and/or apartments;
  • Control the quality, cleaning and maintenance status of the apartments;
  • Evaluate the apartment status prior to a check-in;
  • Management of our online reservations;
  • Payment management.


Minimum Qualifications: Higher Vocational Training
Experience: Trainee
Professional Category: Worker
Residence Permit: Region of vacancy
Essential language: English - Professional

  • Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English languages is mandatory;
  • Other languages are a plus;
  • Autonomous person, capable of acting quickly and solve conflicts;
  • Total schedule flexibility;
  • Very good knowledge of the city of Lisboa;
  • Organized and can handle stress;
  • Tourism or Hotel Management training is a plus.
