What is your mission?

You will own an area of the business and drive key metrics with creative solutions, help define the product roadmap through research and align it with the stakeholders vision. You'll work closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics and Stakeholders to define:

  • scope & prioritization based on stakeholder and customer demands;
  • needs and capacity constraints;
  • manager the product releases; You'll be key in evolving our product, building and running possible experiments that can drive acquisition, retention and overall satisfaction, and ensure best practices across the company.

What do we need?

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management;
  • Experience with driving product discovery, including feature breakdown, use case creation, and detailed product specs;
  • Strong understanding of Agile/scrum methodologies;
  • Experience in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
  • Experience in task management tools such as Jira;
  • Experience with using business metrics to inform product decisions, also be good at identifying relevant KPIs;
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product strategies ad outcomes across a distributed team;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • Self-starter professional that takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines;

  • Have experience in the Tourism field;
  • Live in Portugal or in a timezone that allows teams work;
