An enthusiastic, strong individual with observational and problem solving skills capable of guarantee the quality standards of our properties.

What is your mission?

  • Help to verify and attest the quality of cleaning properties managed by the company;
  • Help to verify and certify the good state of maintenance of the flats managed by the company;
  • Contributing to the development of work processes (in the Quality Control area) inherent to his function;
  • Support in the control of the cleaning companies that provide services to the company;
  • Ensure that the properties managed by the company are in perfect accommodation conditions (in terms of hygiene, decoration, functionality) and in accordance with what is published in the online advertisements;
  • Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company;
  • Report to the Quality Auditor any problem found in the flats managed by the company.

What do we need?

  • Tourism or Hotel Management academic background is a plus
  • Fluency in English (other languages is a plus);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Multitasking and Autonomous;
  • Proactive and Client orientated;
  • Organized and Detailed;
  • Flexible;
