We are looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous professional who’s able to support our local hospitality projects in Lisbon.

What is your mission?

  • Generate and qualify leads to convert potential clients into new partners.
  • Visit properties, meet and negotiate with clients.
  • Develop b2b and b2c partnerships with investors, brokers, real estate developers, and international agents to establish long-term productive relationships.
  • Facilitate onboardings of new properties together with the Onboarding Team.
  • Respect operational guidelines and work together with the hospitality department to find new solutions and develop new markets.
  • Administer and negotiate contracts and keep all CRM and databases up to date.
  • Actively participate strategically in the department and company
  • Support our operation of around 15-20 apartments in the above-mentioned geographical area.
  • Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipment verification).
  • Represent the company in welcoming providers, equipment & services.
  • Perform check-ins when needed or follow up on clients’ reservations.
  • Be present during deliveries or maintenance.
  • Buying and delivering needed equipment.

What do we need?

  • Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed.
  • Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position - even if we understand that business development is a profile!
  • Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient).
  • You’re able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and are used to working towards targets.
  • Excellent communication skills - a good salesman is a good storyteller.
  • Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions.
  • Be client-oriented and have interdisciplinary and inter-department capabilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills (ability to analyze situations, anticipate, identify, and define problems).
