Located in a historic area in Santos, the building is situated in a cosmopolitan neighborhood, full of life and animation, close to numerous points of interest and attractions. SANTOS RIVER BANK This beautiful promenade is available right in front of the avenue and is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the river, the 25 de Abril bridge, and the port. Several discos and bars can also be found along the river banks, as well as some cafes and restaurants where you can have a late meal or a delicious brunch by the water! PINK STREET Situated near the Cais do Sodré metro station, the beautiful Rua Rosa guides you to some of Lisbon's most popular bars. The famous Pensão do Amor can also be found here, which is a spectacular bar dedicated to the art of love.
