This apartment is situated in downtown where there are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop. Other places worth visiting nearby: *Aliados Avenue *Tower and Church of Clérigos *S. Francisco Church *Dom Luís I Bridge – an iconic symbol of Porto *Galerias de Paris - a popular night spot, often frequented by locals. *Majestic Café - The most historical café in Porto *Rua de Santa Catarina - a popular shopping spot filled with international stores, amazing restaurants and cafés. *Guindais Funicular *Port Wine cellars - situated in Gaia, on the other side of the bridge!

Most of the main attractions of Porto are located at walking distance. The beautiful and magnificent "São Bento" train station is located just 3 minutes away from the apartment. From here, you can easily get to the "Campanha" train station where trains from Lisbon and other other major cities arrive. The airport is also about 30 minutes away by metro.
