Situated in Albufeira, the largest, liveliest, and most energetic of all of the resort towns that line southern Portugal’s beautiful Algarve coastline, this 3 bedroom house that is less than 10 minutes away (walking) to the beach, is perfect for families or best friends traveling together to the Algarve. The house is well appointed with all that you could desire during your stay and you will have the luxury to enjoy the sun and relax swimming in the lovely outdoor private pool. With paradisiacal beaches very close, this is one of the best tourist destinations in Europe. **Gardening and Swimming Pool - Important Information: The person responsible for the Pool maintenance will on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays take care of the Pool from 7am to 9am. It is a service that, if vacuuming is not needed, is quiet and peaceful. They won't notice your presence; The same person, also responsible for the gardening, will go on Tuesdays or Thursdays afternoons, from 2pm to 5pm, depending on the use they will be making of the garden. If there are guests in the pool and with towels on the lawn, he will not do the job and will come back the next day of the week.**

All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and property doors locked when away from the property. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9.
