Location
If you are arriving by plane, you can use the Metro from the airport. Take the E line, go out at Trindade station and change to line D. End trip ( +/ - 30 minutes) at S. Bento station in the city center.
The neighbourhood
This apartment is located in St. Ildefonso, which is a neighborhood situated right above the Fontaínhas. There are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop can be found here. It is the best neighborhood in Porto for: solo travelers; young couples; or groups of friends travelling together. Places worth visiting nearby: -Aliados Avenue -Tower and Church of Clérigos -Lello bookstore -São Bento train station: typical portuguese tiles can be found on the inside -S. Getting around
2BR Flat w/ AC in Duque de Loulé has an excellent public transport network. If you are arriving by plane, you can use the Metro from the airport. Take the E line, go out at Trindade station and change to line D. End trip ( +/ - 30 minutes) at S. Bento station in the city center. Get out of the station and it's a 10 minute walk to the apartment, in Rua Duque de Loulé, number 205. Other two Metro Station are nearby: Bolhão and Campo 24 de Agosto (both 10 min walk).
