Famous for its Port Wine Cellars and stunning views of Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia (or simply Gaia) is located on the other side of the Douro. It has a pretty promenade along the waterfront and is a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the remarkable views of the D. Luís I Bridge and the picturesque neighborhood of Ribeira and its terraced colorful houses. Just a 5-minute stroll from the property, you’ll find a beautiful Mercadona supermarket and Aldi for all of your shopping needs. The apartment is just two metro stops from the Jardim do Morro, the Dom Luis I Bridge, and the famous Port Wine Cellars. With many amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars all within minutes away.
