The neighbourhood
The apartment is well situated, between Avenida da Boavista and Campo Alegre in one of the best areas of the city of Porto. It is in a business oriented / posh residential neighborhood in Porto. Despite being a little far from the city centre, you can still find great places to visit in the area such as the modern Casa da Música and the contemporary art museum Serralves (designed by the famous architect Siza Vieira). Another great spot is the Hall of Biodiversity at Porto's Botanical Garden, very entertaining for children. Due to the fact that this is a residential neighborhood, supermarkets, pharmacies and parking lots can be found literally a few meters away from the apartment. Transport is not an issue in this neighborhood as well due to the fact that there is a metro stop at the Casa da Musica, and plenty of bus stops that are scattered around the area.
Getting around
All the primary modes of transportation, namely the taxis, metros, and buses are all at a walking distance from the apartment, thus you will have easy access to the entire city. Bus – Several bus (STCP) to all the city and stops besides the apartment
