Location
If you are arriving by plane, take the metro at the airport (Line E - Purple) and get off at Trindade station. Exit the station and walk for about 5 minutes and you will find the apartment on Rua Mártires da Liberdade, number 178.
The neighbourhood
The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, between Aliados Avenue and Cedofeita, in one of the most typical and oldest streets in the city. Baixa is a neighborhood situated right above the Ribeira. There are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop can be found here. It is the best neighborhood in Porto for: solo travelers; young couples; or groups of friends travelling together.
