The property is composed of two units and you will have access to both.

Each house unit is composed of two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a walk-in shower and a bathroom. The use of natural stone throughout the space, especially in the bathroom, brings the outdoors inside and adds to the character of the home.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV. From here, guests can access the outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.

Outside, guests can enjoy a garden area, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and a swimming pool. Please note that the pool is not heated.

There is no private parking, but guests usually find space to park along the road near the house. A car is highly recommended and necessary to reach the property and explore the area.

The location is close to Calheta Beach, the Pingo Doce supermarket in Calheta, and several local restaurants. It is a quiet, sunny place perfect for those who appreciate nature and a slower pace.

 Please note that while the swimming pool, portable barbecue, and front patio are available for guest use, the terrace and other surrounding areas of the property are closed. Do no go over from private fence.

O imóvel é composto por duas frações.

A casa é composta por dois pisos. No piso térreo encontra-se o quarto com duche e a casa de banho. O uso da pedra natural, especialmente na casa de banho, cria uma ligação com a natureza e dá um toque único e acolhedor ao espaço.

No piso superior, há uma sala de estar em plano aberto com cozinha equipada e televisão inteligente. Daqui, os hóspedes têm acesso ao terraço exterior com uma vista panorâmica para o mar e para a paisagem envolvente.

No exterior, é possível desfrutar de uma área ajardinada, um barbecue para refeições ao ar livre e uma piscina partilhada. A piscina não é aquecida.

A casa não dispõe de estacionamento privado, mas normalmente é possível estacionar na estrada junto à propriedade. É altamente recomendável ter carro para chegar ao local e explorar a zona em redor.

A localização é próxima da Praia da Calheta, do supermercado Pingo Doce e de vários restaurantes locais. É um lugar tranquilo, soalheiro e perfeito para quem valoriza a natureza e um ritmo de vida mais calmo.

Atenção: embora a piscina, a churrasqueira portátil e o pátio frontal estejam disponíveis para uso dos hóspedes, o terraço e as restantes áreas adjacentes da propriedade são encerradas. Não ultrapasse o aviso que delimita como PRIVATE
